We are pleased to announce a raft of new appointments to support our ambitious growth plans in the North East. Three new appointments include Paul Lund who joins the business as a Quality and Compliance Manager from his previous position as Quality and Contracts at TDR Training, Natalie Wright who joins the business as a Case Manager bringing with her a wealth of experience from the recruitment sector and Gemma Pearson who joins the business as Operational Administrative Support.

“I’ve been at Finchale now for a couple of weeks and I’m really enjoying it. In some respects, it’s a complete change, having worked in the recruitment industry to joining a small third sector organisation, but it’s great and I’m already starting to meet with new clients and support them into work. I’m particularly pleased that I’m working for an organisation that helps, among others, veterans and people with disabilities because I firmly believe that these are the people who need more help.”
