Virtual Office Address
Our virtual office address can be used by businesses as a registered address or a place to trade from.
Our virtual office in Durham is based at Finchale, Pity Me with a DH1 postcode. This can be particularly useful when optimising your website as well as providing credibility and enabling you to keep your business and home life separate.
Many of our businesses use our virtual offices to register a company or to have a separate trading address for their business stationery and website. As a virtual office user, you will also benefit from free parking, flexible access to our communal business lounge with Wi-Fi access and a space to relax or do business informally in The Kitchen onsite.

Virtually basing your business at Finchale provides the credibility that comes with a real business address without the significant overheads. Our friendly reception team will receive your postal mail and notify you via email that you've got mail. You'll be provided with your own key to collect your mail from your own individual secured mailbox at a time that suits you. We can also welcome your visitors when notified in advance.
Virtual office users will receive a 10% discount on meeting room bookings within the building, inclusion in our quarterly newsletter promotion and access to free wireless internet at Finchale.
Hot-desking and Co-working
Co-working provides the opportunity to work alongside other like-minded professionals encouraging a prosperous community all working separately but together under one roof.
Our Hot desks can be hired on a daily, weekly or monthly basis offering the flexibility to develop your business presence without the full commitment of a traditional office. Our co-working space is fully equipped with Wi-Fi access and plenty of plug sockets. We also offer lockable drawers during your stay giving you the flexibility to move around the site during the day without uplifting your entire office.

We have ample free car parking spaces onsite with allocated bays for disabled visitors.
Building access is currently 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Friday. Additional opening hours upon request.
