Her proven expertise is with children on the autism spectrum, and particularly, those with complex sensory and behavioural difficulties.  She has been an EarlyBird+ (National Autistic Society) and Cygnet Parent Programme (Barnardos) trainer and member of several multi-agency diagnostic teams. More recently she has been able to develop her skills in working with children with attachment difficulties by using her ability to form therapeutic relationships, use sensory integration techniques and child centred therapeutic play.  She has worked extensively with CAMHS/CYPS professionals and has been providing training for parents/carers and professionals for around 15 years.
