Finchale is based in Durham, a North East provider of specialist support, vocational rehabilitation and training for the unemployed, disabled and disadvantaged adults.
The post holder will be required to support a professional, pro-active Operational Team dealing with Welfare to Work and Skills, SFA, ESF Programmes via a number of bespoke IT Systems. The post holder will also be involved in commercial activities. Work will be pressured to meet deadlines/timescales and also involve intended commercial interactions.
To be considered you will need to have recent experience in coordinating returns, providing statistical reports and control of customer records.
This is a full-time appointment (37 hours per week) reporting to the Head of Operations and the role will be based at Finchale, as part of the Operational Delivery Team for an initial fixed-term period of 10 months during maternity cover.
